Tonya was born and raised an empowered and confident daughter of St. Louis, Missouri. This solid foundation continues to serve her magnificently throughout her career. It compliments her professional certification in human resources, as well as her bachelor’s degree from Webster University, a master’s degree from Towson University, and her doctoral level education from Morgan State University.
For over 20 years, she’s called Baltimore, Maryland home. She is thankful to enjoy this world’s beautiful landscape with her loving husband and phenomenal daughter by her side.
